The telecommunication Service Provider Company Vodafone Essar launched today a new Phone named Vodafone Blue, also known as the ‘Facebook Phone’ which is specially targeted at young individuals who wants instant connection with their Social Networking Site like Facebook all the time.

This phone has a dedicated Facebook button and integrates the social network with the handset’s messages and phonebook. It comes with Opera Mini 5 Web browser and users are directly logged in to their Facebook accounts, the moment they turn on their devices.

The Phone is originally manufactured by TCL and is developed in collaboration with Facebook. Facebook Phone brings the Quality of a Smartphone with Social Networking Functions in Just Rs. 4,950 which is an affordable price. Vodafone Blue (Facebook Phone) has a designated “F” button that lets users upload pictures, update status at just a single click. Vodafone Blue offers unlimited access to Facebook for a year from the date of its purchase.

The other technical Specs of this phone packs some great features which are required by today’s Young Generation like, the phone has a 2.4-inch QVGA display, 2 megapixel camera with flash, optical trackpad and a QWERTY keypad. There’s also an FM radio and music player with 3.5mm jack for music buffs. The phone lacks 3G & Wi-Fi support and instead works on 2.5 G and Edge networks.
