We at Gadget Media try to make things as easier as we can. This page covers information about some of our disclaims and restrictions and why we disclaim them.
We do not guarantee that the content provided on this blog will be valid forever. The information published today may not be valid after few weeks, months or years. Because Content, sources, information and links change over time, so we can’t make predictions about till when our content will be valid. Still we try to publish the world’s best and valid content here.
We can’t make guarantee that content published here is 100% accurate and perfect. We’re not saying that we provide you fake information. We try to give you the best and the accurate information about anything, but sometimes mistakes happen from everybody. In such cases, if you find anything wrong here, then simply tell us about it.
We can’t guarantee that the sites which we link in Gadget Media will be always relevant to the content. And we can also not guarantee that the sites which link Gadget Media in will be relevant to our content. We’re saying so because sometimes URLs and domains change hands. So in that case how can we say that sites which we link in here or the sites which link us in them will be always relevant to our content. It doesn’t mean that we link anything in our blog. We try to link the best sites according to the content.
We can’t say that images or graphics which we use here are always our own. In some cases, we take some images or graphics from other sites. In such cases, we make sure that we are not making any copyright violations. Still if you find anything wrong (copyrighted content) here, then just tell us and we’ll try to remove it as soon as possible.
We are not responsible, nor will be held liable, for anything anyone says on our blog in the blog comments, nor the laws which they may break in our country or theirs through their comment’s content, implication, and intent.
We are not responsible for translation or interpretation of content because language is also a tricky thing. Some days ago a blogger ( I don’t want to disclose his name due to privacy reasons) got into trouble for using the English word “maniac” which translates into a “bad” word in Hebrew. So we will not be liable for any translation or interpretation of content.
We are are not responsible for defamatory statements bound to government, religious, or other laws from the reader’s country of origin. We are saying so because if our blog is read by someone from another country, a country which has laws which restricts or censors content, and our blog’s content crosses their line, who is responsible for “crossing the border”? We can’t stop anyone from visiting this site. So in such cases we will not be liable for any issue.
We’ll not be liable for any damage which happens with our visitor while visiting our site. We’re saying that because it may happen due to several reasons, such as bugs (we’re not saying that we don’t protect our site from bugs. but technology is being advance day-by-day and sometimes mistakes also happen, so we can’t make any prediction) or any other reason. So in that case we’ll not be liable for any damage and we restrict any type of claim for it.
