And now its the biggest leak of Apple’s upcoming iPhone! According to Pocketnow.com, the image given below (actually, the very attractive picture) is taken by an iPhone 5.
According to the report, though the image has been cropped in such a way that it may seem taken by an iPhone 4, but the original image seems nearly 8 megapixels prior to cropping, higher than the iPhone 4′s 5-megapixel resolution and in line with rumors for the iPhone 5. The report says:
This (very attractive) photo claims to have been taken by an iPhone 4, but the rest of its EXIF data tells a different story: although the image has been cropped to 2235×2291 (5.12 megapixels), the original picture was a much larger 3264×2448 — or just shy of eight megapixels. What’s more, the lens was recorded as a 4.3mm f/2.4, which is closer to that of a point-and-shoot than the iPhone 4′s actual 3.85mm f/2.8.
The image is being said to be taken by an Apple engineer while he was taking his lunch. I want to tell you that the rumor of an 8 mega-pixel camera of iPhone 5 is surfacing the market from the month of Feb. Though the image has been cropped, yet I can provide you the original version of the image:
This original version has also been posted on Flickr by Anton D’Auria, an Apple software engineer working on Safari and WebKit for iOS.
