Bose has just announced two new soundbar systems for home theaters. Named as Lifestyle 135 System and CineMate 1 SR System, both of them a single bar to emit surround-sound audio and can be mounted almost anywhere in the room in any position.
The Lifestyle 135 system includes a small console with four HDMI inputs, a tuner, and an iPod/iPhone dock while CineMate 1 SR system includes TV connecting capabilities. Both of them have their own remotes.
Now the time to a bad news; Lifestyle 135 system costs $2,499 and the CineMate 1 SR system costs $1,499. Wall-Mounting kit is sold separately, doesn’t come with soundbar systems. So obviously its a big amount to pay for a thing that’s just a soundbar system. But one thing that makes Bose different from others and expensive is the speakers pump out good enough audio in a package that requires absolutely no fiddling. So for 90% of us who don’t want to tune our surround-sound speaker systems to the exacting specifications of our living rooms, there’s a name: Bose.
Both Soundbar systems will be available from this month.
