Well, we know that sometime ago (in February 2011), HTC launched its first android powered tablet HTC Flyer in U.S. Market. Finally the smartphone manufacture HTC has launched its first android-powered tablet HTC Flyer in India to compete with the already existing tablets in the market such as Samsungs Galaxy Tab, BlackBerry Playbook and Apple iPad.

HTC Flyer is one of the most interesting android tablets having seven-inch touch screen powered with HTC sense , a graphical user interface and it combines natural touch and pen interaction. HTC Flyer is also one of only a few tablets running Android Gingerbread, and basically the only offering to come out this year from a big, well known Android manufacturer not to run Android Honeycomb.

HTC Flyer will be available in the market at a price of Rs 39,890 INR. for the version with built-in 3G connectivity and 32 GB of internal storage space .

The HTC Flyer is expected to become available at all authorized HTC resellers throughout India shortly.

The HTC Flyer has a 1.5 GHz processor, a 7-inch 1024×600 capacitive touchscreen, 1 GB of RAM, a 5 MP autofocus rear camera with 720p HD video recording, a 1.3 MP secondary front-facing camera, 14.4 Mbps HSDPA, 5.76 Mbps HSUPA, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 4000 mAh battery.
